We are seeking a skilled Genetic Counselor to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Genetic Counselor, you will play a critical role in helping individuals determine their risk for cancer and providing guidance on genetic testing and counseling.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct full family history intakes and provide genetic counseling to patients
- Order genetic testing and provide risk assessments
- Work with the Clinical Research Team to advance the care of individuals affected by genetic conditions
- Maintain genetic counseling program files and records
- Prepare statistical reports for Cancer Institute Administration
- Master's of Science Degree in Genetics or Genetic Counseling
- American Board of Medical Genetics - Genetic Counseling certification
