We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents by providing expert physical therapy services.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed physical therapist with experience in skilled nursing settings, preferably with a strong background in patient care and rehabilitation. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.

Job Summary:

  • Assess and treat residents to help them regain their independence and improve their quality of life

Requirements:

  • Licensed physical therapist (or eligible for licensure) with experience in skilled nursing settings
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, methods, and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving outstanding results
