We are currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at St. Joseph's Hospital, a renowned medical center with advanced technologies and outstanding patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Occupational Therapist with the administration of interventions utilized in occupational therapy and rehabilitation
  • Progressing patients/residents in the treatment plan as developed by the Occupational Therapist
  • Providing direct clinical supervision for Rehabilitation Technicians, Massage Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and Fitness Specialists

To be eligible for this role, you will need:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • OTA (Occupational Therapy Assistant)
  • Required Associate's Occupational Therapy
  • Preferred Bachelor's Occupational Therapy
  • Preferred 1-year Occupational Therapy

This position is based at BayCare Health System, Rehab Services Main-SJH, and is located at St Joseph's Main and Children's Hospital in Tampa, FL. The shift hours are variable, and occasional weekend work may be required.

Estimated salary for this role is between $55,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including competitive pay, comprehensive health insurance, and a 401k matching program.
