About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand at our Scottsdale Fashion Square location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced café environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on Capital One products and services to effectively promote and sell them to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
