Café Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and creating a welcoming environment in our café.

• Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless customer experience, ensuring all interactions are positive and memorable.
• Stay up-to-date on Capital One's products and services, providing customers with expert advice and guidance.
• Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives, promoting financial literacy and education.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in G-Suite and other digital tools.
