Position Summary:
Job Title: Automotive Technician
Compensation: $31.75 per hour, based on experience and certifications, with opportunities for additional incentives.

Role Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Technician, you will be crucial in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing various automotive repairs, including brakes, suspension, tire installation, and scheduled maintenance.
• Conducting thorough inspections on all vehicles serviced.
• Securing guest approval for repairs based on diagnostics.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborating with team members and providing guidance to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic set of automotive tools or participation in the tool purchase program.
- Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong focus on guest service and teamwork.
- Automotive Technician State Inspector's license, where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:
- ASE certification in at least one of the A1-A8 categories.
- Completion of an automotive technical school program.
