Key Responsibilities- Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors, and clients to develop referral partnerships and generate new leads.
- Conduct Accurate Sales Estimates: Conduct accurate and timely sales estimates both in-person and virtually, with follow-up actions to secure approval, including upselling additional services.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing potential issues, resolving feedback effectively, and securing positive online reviews.
- Oversee Project Management: Oversee project management from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget, meeting client expectations, and maintaining quality standards.
- Uphold Company Values: Uphold company values by ensuring quality, integrity, and exceptional customer satisfaction in every interaction and project.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and generate leads.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a self-motivated attitude.
- Experience: Two (2) years of sales or estimating experience is preferred, but not required.
- Clean Driving Record: Clean driving record to operate company vehicle.
- Company Vehicle: Company vehicle provided for business use.
