Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve health outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure seamless operation of the pharmacy and delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs and services to promote health, wellness, and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the patient experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, guidelines, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide best-in-class care.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
