Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate transportation, inventory, and distribution activities to meet customer demands and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Manage a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and driving results.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
