Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Management Analyst to join our Customer Excellence Data and Analytics (CEDA) team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business enablement and analytics that solve problems, drive efficiency, and sustain a strong risk and control environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data management solutions that adhere to enterprise policies and standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services, and initiatives using applications such as Power Apps.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions and pipeline management.
  • Research and analyze business, operational, and strategic initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, business analysis, analytics, or project management.
  • 4+ years of experience with analytical and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, and Power BI, Tableau).
  • Desired qualifications include Power Apps development expertise, knowledge of business intelligence tools, and experience with contact center data and exploratory data evaluation.
