BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Loveland, CO office. This opportunity is the result of our continued growth and will start out per diem, with the goal of growing into part or full time.
About the Role- As a Per Diem RN Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.
- You will work independently, making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, and perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- You will also perform client assessments as necessary, case management, and coordination, and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Weekly pay, starting at $55 per productivity point, based on experience.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- A comprehensive benefits plan, including paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave, vision, dental, and medical health plans, employer-paid life insurance, 401(k) with company match, direct deposit, and employee assistance program.
