Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in a hospital-based clinic. The ideal candidate will evaluate and provide treatment for patients with pelvic health concerns, including pelvic pain and incontinence issues. Individual therapy sessions are designed to be one-on-one, lasting 45 minutes to ensure focused care and optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions and document findings.
- Develop individualized care plans that address identified issues while involving patients and their families in the process.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and necessary adaptive equipment.
- Supervise and guide the work of physical therapy assistants in accordance with state regulations and professional standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Colorado State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited provider, valid upon start date.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
