Job Title: Behavior Therapist

Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a not-for-profit organization that provides behavioral therapy services to children and their families. We are seeking a Behavior Therapist to join our team in Wichita, KS.

Job Summary:

The Behavior Therapist will work as part of a treatment team to develop and implement behavioral interventions using an applied behavioral analytic framework. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, and have a strong interest in working with children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavioral interventions using an applied behavioral analytic framework
  • Work as part of a treatment team to develop and implement behavioral interventions
  • Collect data and implement behavioral interventions as outlined on the client's behavioral intervention plan
  • Communicate with the treatment team and provide weekly communication reports summarizing successes or concerns
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid ID and reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background checks as required by each funding source
  • Obtain the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) credential within 3 months of hire date
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with clients, caregivers, and team members
