Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities- Participate in development projects by performing various development tasks efficiently and reliably.
- Design and develop database structures, stored procedures, and indexes using MS SQL Server.
- Develop and maintain automated Word and Excel templates, collaborating closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Assist in creating functional, technical, and user documentation.
- Develop modules or components of applications based on design specifications, adhering to coding standards and methodologies.
- Perform maintenance and problem resolution within applications and related databases.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training/experience required.
Experience
- 3+ Years related work experience required.
Skills and Abilities
- 3+ years of experience with stored procedure and database development in MS SQL Server preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with web development using ASP .NET (C#), JavaScript preferred.
- Experience with markup and style language processing like HTML, XML, and CSS a plus.
- Experience with front-end libraries and frameworks such as jQuery, Vue, and Bootstrap a plus.
- Experience using Git, SVN or other version control software a plus.
- Preference for Insurance Business domain knowledge in at least 1 area (Policy, Claims, Other).
- Practical understanding/demonstration of Development process and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply advanced features and functions of systems, processes, technology standards and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player, self-starter, motivated, and multi-task oriented.
- Ability to prioritize work requirements.
