Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding sales and service to customers, demonstrating expertise and enthusiasm for TTI products.

  • Organize and implement various events and initiatives.
  • Gather market insights for effective analysis.
  • Ensure proper product positioning and store presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels to guarantee product availability.
  • Participate in merchandising updates and installations.
  • Interact directly with customers in a retail setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Physically capable of performing retail work requirements.
  • No sponsorship restrictions for employment in the United States.
  • Proficient in MS Office and self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
