Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CDL A driver to join our team at TCW. As a local night shift driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods within a 50-mile radius of Nashville.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a Class A CDL vehicle on a local route
  • Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road
  • Meet or exceed performance standards and company expectations
Requirements
  • 21 years old
  • Class A CDL or certificate from a truck driving school
  • No conviction for serious traffic violations in the last 3 years
  • No more than 1 speeding ticket in the last 3 years
  • No at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • $18 per hour for new drivers during the 4-week onboarding period
  • After onboarding, drivers average $1,200-$1,500 weekly
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • No experience needed, just a certificate from a truck driving school
