Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a commercial vehicle in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver products to Chick-fil-A restaurants, ensuring accurate and safe delivery.
  • Unload and put away product at restaurants, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess delivery issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build relationships with restaurant operators to learn about best practices and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Comply with all regulatory and company policy requirements, including hours of service limits, pre- and post-trip equipment inspections, and DVIR reporting.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months of verifiable experience operating a commercial vehicle on public roads within the past 3 years.
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions or limitations.
  • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and maneuver trucks in tight spaces.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior food service delivery experience.
  • Experience working night shifts.
