Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior surfaces of our buildings and structures are well-maintained and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and structures using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired aesthetic.
- Apply paint and other finishes to surfaces according to specifications.
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
- Ensure work area is clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
