Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator RN Bilingual

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN to lead our community outreach efforts. As a Community Outreach Coordinator RN Bilingual, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health education programs, conducting screenings, and working closely with community organizations to promote health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health education programs for community members, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Conduct health screenings and provide education based on test results.
  • Work closely with community organizations to develop and plan health ministry programs.
  • Provide wellness education programs on a regular basis and measure outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between Saint Joseph Health System and community agencies, coordinating the delivery of health services and resources.
  • Participate in the coordination of health fairs, educational presentations, and other outreach activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or other health-related field preferred.
  • Indiana RN or applicable professional license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Some experience in health promotion, human services, or education background preferable.
  • Strong communication skills, customer service, teaching, and public speaking skills required.
