Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:
- Diagnosing and resolving a variety of maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Conducting maintenance on occupied residential units and preparing make-ready units for new tenants.
- Performing on-call duties as required.
- Managing the procurement of supplies and maintaining an organized maintenance workshop.
