Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing engineering teams
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing cost drivers and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience in benchmarking and suggesting enhancements based on industry best practices
  • Strong skills in team building, project management, and budget oversight
  • Knowledge of legal regulations and contractual obligations in a manufacturing context

  • General technical expertise across various engineering fields
  • Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and problem-solving
  • Effective planning, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
