Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare personnel.

- Engage with residents and their families to provide education and emotional support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and continuity of treatment.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning tasks.
