About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of forward-thinking solutions addressing intricate supply chain and logistics challenges.
  • Develop transformative solutions that impact reverse supply chain operations, optimize processes, and amplify the effectiveness of spares, warehousing, decommissioning, and reverse logistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine capability roadmaps outlining the development and integration of new technologies, tools, and systems required to implement proposed solutions.
  • Drive the development of innovative solution designs leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to address challenges of the reverse logistics.
  • Provide design integrity leadership through the program life-cycle and implement business/process changes, and provide thought leadership to identify and implement Supply Chain capabilities.
