Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.
  2. Conduct physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability.
  3. Work with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  4. Document all interactions, treatments, and patient progress.
  5. Communicate effectively with physicians, referral sources, and clinical staff.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. NC license for Physical Therapy required. BLS required per policy guidelines.
