Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor Lead to oversee daily operations and direct patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating patient care and outcomes
  • Allocating human and fiscal resources effectively
  • Ensuring seamless communication among staff, patients, and physicians
  • Developing and implementing departmental programs
  • Conducting regular rounds to assess patient satisfaction and department operations

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

In exchange for your dedication and hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and regional cost of living.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • BSN required; BLS certification necessary
