Job Description:
We are seeking a Support Coordinator to join our team in providing high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping our participants achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans
  • Providing support with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Assisting with communication and advocacy on behalf of our participants
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:
