About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Store Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors, and collecting and disposing of trash.
  • Provide excellent customer service, helping customers shop our store and find what they're looking for.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including moving equipment and products for proper cleaning and placement.
  • Clean assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment, and maintain cleaning equipment in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Deep clean key areas of the store, including bathrooms, breakrooms, entry ways, and other high-traffic areas, to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines, and maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers.
  • Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other team members, and participate in additional duties as assigned, including providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, engaging customers on benefits of rewards programs, and assisting with omni-channel processes.
Requirements
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, and retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
