Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves providing top-notch technical support to our clients, leveraging your skills in Windows desktop troubleshooting, Microsoft Office 365, and Mobile Device troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating effectively with clients to resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshooting backup solutions, mail-flow, and Exchange DAG
  • Deploying new hardware using imaging technology
  • Managing user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, spam filter, and other platforms
  • Troubleshooting corporate networking and services, configuring switches and resolving DHCP servers, local DNS, external name resolution issues, AD replication, and VPN
