Job Title: Senior Living Coordinator

At TerraBella Southern Pines, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Living Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Memory Care department, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our residents.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated individual who can design, schedule, and facilitate Memory Care programs that incorporate Life Skills and dementia-friendly activities. You will work closely with the Memory Care Director to ensure a variety of activities are available throughout the day and evening. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner with Care Managers, dining services, and other departments to meet individualized resident needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Memory Care programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents
* Collaborate with the Memory Care Director to plan and execute daily and evening activities
* Provide education to Care Managers on disease processes and population being served
* Facilitate Service Plan and Daily Assignment Sheet development to ensure excellence in service delivery, safety, hydration, and resident engagement in programming

Qualifications:
* 1 year of experience in dementia care
* 1 year in a leadership role
