This role involves designing and implementing programs that cater to the interests and capabilities of our residents. You will work closely with the Memory Care Director to ensure a variety of activities are available throughout the day and evening.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and scheduling Memory Care programs.
  • Collaborating with the Memory Care Director.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local Alzheimer's Association chapters or advisory organizations.
  • Prioritizing resident preferences and needs.
  • Acting as a champion for Memory Care programming and activities.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. **Benefits:** Comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, paid time off, and paid holidays.
