Job Description

DTG Recycle is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Route Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by pumping, cleaning, and servicing our portable restroom equipment. Our team is dedicated to providing complete, vertically integrated customer service, from debris collection and transportation to material recovery and reuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards.
  • Perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting, reaching, and bending while servicing portable toilets.
  • Work flexible hours, days, and occasional weekends to meet customer needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic, strict attendance, and a positive attitude that prioritizes safety.
  • Ability to adhere to your work schedule and follow through on challenges as they arise.
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and rules, promoting safety standards and honesty.

  • Effective communication skills to work with co-workers and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • CDL Class B preferred
  • Clean driving record and pass the required DOT physical and drug screen.
  • Ability to lift 50-150 pounds throughout the day.
  • One or more years of experience in a service-related role with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
