Job Overview
Custodians play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of public facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for visitors. The Town of Seabrook seeks highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as restocking supplies and equipment. You will also be expected to operate heavy machinery, such as floor scrubbing machines and saws, with precision and care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent physical fitness, strength, and agility, with the ability to lift up to 80 pounds. Additionally, they must have a valid New Hampshire commercial driver's license and pass a physical exam with the town physician, including a drug and alcohol test.
