Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and GAAP.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Accounting Operations: Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data, perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and GAAP.
  • Audit Support: Provide support for audits conducted by external auditors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • General Ledger Management: Maintain and control the general ledger, ensuring proper classification, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Cash and Banking: Manage cash and banking transactions and reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Financial Reporting Support: Provide recurring and ad-hoc financial reporting support for internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in the administration of corporate administrative items, such as state filings and licenses.
  • Acquisitions Support: Assist in the support of future company acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and closing processes.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of US GAAP, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
