This position operates during the second shift with a Monday to Saturday work schedule. Night work will be required for three out of four weeks each month. We are particularly interested in bilingual candidates (Spanish and English).


Position Summary:

As an integral part of our project management team, the Project Coordination Assistant will be instrumental in guiding a team of technicians to successfully execute our projects. Collaborating closely with HudMed's senior management, this individual will be on a path to becoming a senior team leader within our organization. The role primarily involves evening hours and occasional weekends, with designated break weeks to promote work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians by organizing, managing, and coordinating the necessary personnel, tools, and supplies for each project.
  • For three out of four weeks each month, you will oversee a crew during night shifts while we service healthcare facilities.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics related to projects, ensuring timely and efficient movement of equipment and personnel to job sites.
  • Assign technicians to projects based on their skill sets and project needs, providing essential supervision to ensure effective performance.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of technicians throughout each project, offering feedback and guidance as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare facilities and technicians, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Receive comprehensive in-house training from HudMed's senior leadership to develop the skills and expertise required for this role.

Additionally, our team inspects and replaces casters as needed, and we extend our courtesy by cleaning the break room.
