About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at the Oliver Cabell boutique in Westfield Topanga Mall. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating positive and memorable experiences for customers that build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and engaging store environment that showcases our brand's products and values.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in general store maintenance, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support the leadership team in driving sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Model flexibility and reliability by working varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business.
  • Support other brands in the market/cluster under the Leap umbrella for new store openings, activations, and additional coverage.
  • Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, and apps, with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office a plus.
  • Perform opening and closing tasks in the store, including potential keyholder responsibilities.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience, with a background in a similar category preferred.
  • Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs.
  • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods.
