Position OverviewOur Public Works division is in search of a seasoned (Mid - Sr. Level) Water/Wastewater Project Manager to take on a leadership role in managing ongoing projects and strategizing for future growth. Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan water and wastewater systems, encompassing modeling, pipelines, lift stations, and treatment facilities.
- Conduct engineering tasks independently for municipal, residential, and commercial projects.
- Oversee multiple project teams across various assignments simultaneously.
- Ensure the quality, timeliness, and financial integrity of projects.
- Guide and mentor engineers, designers, and technicians.
- Collaborate with senior personnel to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in planning and designing water and sewer systems.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2014, Civil 3D 2014 or newer.
- Experience with GIS is preferred.
- Familiarity with Water Modeling Software (such as WaterGEMS, InfoWater, or similar) is advantageous.
