Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. As a member of our ED team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, following established policies and procedures.
  • Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes, including physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a valid RN license in the state of Tennessee, along with Advanced Life Support certification within six months of hire date. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
