About the Job

We are seeking an experienced ER Nurse to join our team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. This is a part-time (PRN) opportunity that requires flexibility and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Summary

The ER Nurse will provide direct patient care, utilizing therapeutic communication and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. They will identify nursing problems, plan individualized patient care, and participate in performance improvement activities. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the delivery of compassionate and personalized service
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Identify and report any potential safety risks or concerns within the emergency department
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A current RN license in the State of Tennessee
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an ER Nurse, with a focus on Labor and Delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency department setting
