About the RoleAs a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team by providing high-quality patient care, administrative support, and clinical assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing patients for exams and procedures, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout the process
- Assisting healthcare professionals with patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and specimen collection
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved Medical Assistant training program (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
