Del Sol Medical Center Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team at Del Sol Medical Center. As an Endoscopy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients, assisting RNs and physicians in endoscopy procedures, and maintaining and troubleshooting equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist RNs and physicians in endoscopy procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Disinfect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with clerical duties, including patient transport and documentation.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement processes to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
- Current BCLS certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with CNA certification preferred.
- Endoscopy and nursing assistant experience preferred.
