Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Strategist to lead our transportation and delivery functions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in transportation or logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

The Director of Transportation will oversee fleet management, route planning, and on-road operations to maximize productivity while minimizing downtime. This includes ensuring adherence to all FMCSA, DOT, and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will work closely with customer service and operations teams to address delivery challenges and ensure an exceptional customer experience. A strong understanding of eLog software (e.g., Samsara), TMS, and route optimization tools is essential.

A competitive salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
