Finger Lakes Community Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals calling our organization.
Main Responsibilities- General Call Handling: Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that callers have their requests handled promptly and are directed to the appropriate departments.
- Call Routing: Route calls to the appropriate Finger Lakes Community Health department, ensuring that callers receive the necessary assistance and support.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of caller interactions through telephone encounters, actions, and referrals in our electronic health record system.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to hear and communicate with clients and staff via phone, web media, and in person.
- Competitive Salary: $20.00 per hour.
- Monday through Friday Schedule: Enjoy a standard Monday through Friday schedule with no evenings required.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance with a 90%+ employer contribution, dental, vision, and life insurance, and a 3% 401(k) contribution.
