Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead their clinical services team in a skilled nursing facility. Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Oversight: Provide guidance and direction to clinical staff, focusing on direct care workers.
- Clinical Compliance: Partner with the Administrator and other Clinical Managers to ensure overall clinical compliance.
- Standard Development: Participate in developing standards to ensure safe and therapeutically effective service to patients and families.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, develop, evaluate, and terminate service personnel.
- Patient Care: Assure ongoing assessment of patient/family needs and implementation of interdisciplinary team plans of care.
- Education and Experience: Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare/home care, preferably in a supervisory position.
- Licensure: State licensing.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive pay and benefits package.
- Leadership Opportunities: Influence the implementation of care standards and build a team to meet the standard of care.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, plus some on-call duties.
