Senior Architect

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, construction administration, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all project phases, with a focus on design development, construction documents, and construction administration
• Provide design and documentation for a variety of project types
• Lead project meetings and presentations
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, standards, and completion policies
• Assist in the design development, modification, and review of project concepts and solutions
• Establish project budgets and milestone schedules
• Communicate planning concepts to project teams
• Ensure all work meets client requirements and specifications
• Deliver high-quality and timely products to clients
• Anticipate and develop innovative solutions to technical and design problems following established standards
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited college or university; master's degree a plus
• US Architectural license (RA) or tracking towards licensure
• Minimum of seven (7) or more years of experience in an architectural practice
• Portfolio of work experience within the commercial, healthcare, medical, academic, and higher education practice areas
• Revit documentation proficiency
• Experience in programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, the Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other 3D visualization tools
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required
• Strong people skills and ability to effectively interact and communicate with clients, colleagues, and other project personnel
• An interest in sustainability and high-performance buildings
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strong working knowledge of building codes, standards, and accessibility requirements
• Experience in construction administration
• A collaborative and team-oriented mentality
