Salary
Our new financial advisor compensation program includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to four years, commissions and compensation for new assets gathered for the first five years. The starting salary range is $38,500 - $100,000.

Job Description
As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you'll develop and grow your own practice, supported by your branch team, a home-office team, and other regional financial advisors. You'll benefit from the experience that comes from 100 years of history.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have at least one of the following qualifications: a bachelor's degree, financial services and/or sales experience, financial services registration, licensing, or certification, or professional and/or military career progression.

Licensing requirements include obtaining SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations, as well as state insurance licenses within three months. As an associate, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required CE training to ensure licenses remain in good standing.
