Interior Electrician

Job Summary

As an Interior Electrician with the Army National Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation and repair of electrical systems in various facilities. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity of power distribution systems, identifying and resolving electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure safe operation
• Install and repair electrical hardware, including transformers, junction boxes, and circuit breakers
• Develop and implement electrical layouts and plans to optimize system performance
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex electrical issues
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly

Requirements

• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior electrical experience a plus
• Ability to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old
• U.S. citizenship required
