Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role involves handling a diverse array of cases, with a primary focus on personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong litigation background and a proven history of success in trial law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in court and before governmental bodies, presenting evidence in civil litigation cases.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, and legal memoranda.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
  • Negotiate settlements effectively to protect client interests.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and case investigations to build strong arguments.
  • Develop and implement strategies for case presentations.
  • Offer legal advice and guidance to clients on necessary actions.
  • Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
  • Stay informed on legal developments and adjust strategies as needed.


Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of trial experience, particularly in personal injury and civil litigation.
  • Strong background in civil litigation.
  • Admission to the state bar and good standing.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex legal matters for clients.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven success in negotiating and settling cases.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
