Responsibilities- Direct Resident Care: Provide professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting resident data.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and communicate resident needs and concerns to family members and other healthcare professionals.
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide leadership and direction to direct caregivers, preparing daily assignments and delegating workload as needed.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Nursing Degree or Diploma: Possess a minimum of a nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
- Licensure and Certification: Hold a registered nursing (RN) or licensed practical nursing (LPN) license within the State of New Hampshire, and maintain current CPR certification.
- Experience and Skills: Possess long-term care facility experience and specialized knowledge of nursing care of the elderly and rehabilitative nursing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
