Essential Responsibilities:
The role of a Customer Service Representative encompasses various duties aimed at delivering exceptional service and maintaining store standards:
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Operating the cash register with accountability for cash and related items
  • Completing daily shift reports
  • Ensuring cleanliness throughout the store, including windows, floors, and restrooms
  • Restocking shelves and coolers as needed
  • Conducting gasoline inventory checks
  • Receiving and checking deliveries from vendors
  • Performing yard maintenance tasks
  • Carrying out light equipment maintenance
  • Assisting with merchandising efforts
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:
Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Willingness to wear the designated store uniform
  • Availability for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
  • Reliable transportation
  • Participation in mandatory training sessions

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to:

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of weights ranging from 1 to 15 lbs
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reach above shoulder height and bend below the waist
  • Move swiftly around the store
