As a general education instructor, you will be responsible for training students in your field of expertise using accepted and approved instructional methodology. Your primary duties will include:

  • Course Preparation: Developing and delivering lesson plans using industry-standard education approaches, such as multimedia and adult learning methodology.
  • Teaching and Evaluation: Instructing and evaluating students, developing their skills, and encouraging growth, while tracking their attendance, performance, and grades.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must believe in the power of sharing your knowledge, motivating others, and putting students first. You should be passionate about training tomorrow's workforce and possess the following qualifications:

  • A master's degree with significant course credits in the field(s) taught.
  • At least four (4-5) years of related practical work experience.
  • Some teaching experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Excellent people skills.
